Helium Leak Testing for very large parts possess challenge to achieve the leak detection capabilities owing to very large size o the chambers. The chambers made from SS 304L is built with utmost precision and including post processing such as electropolishing. This ensure minimum degassing in order to achieve minimum Vacuum inside in the range of 10E-3 mbar. The leak detection can be achieved in the range of  10E-7 mbarl/sec

LSPL has developed its state of Art Equipment to detect Helium Leak Testing of Parts upto length 5 mtrs and Dia 0.5  mtrs. This is a huge achievement in terms of Equipment Building capabilities. The Parts being tested are Pipes, Insulators, Cylinders used in HT Transmissions & CNG applications. We have been able successfully build and install the equipment for world wide clients.
